We are now seeking a

Marketing Manager

to lead the development and delivery of an innovative, integrated marketing strategy for

CiC Wellbeing

.



Reporting to the

Commercial Director

, you will work closely with our

Sales Team

and collaborate with

Ingeus' Marketing & Communications Team

to create multi-channel campaigns that drive growth, enhance brand reputation, and support our customer service standards. You'll be the guardian of the CiC brand, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with company-wide strategy, commissioner guidelines, and compliance requirements.



This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a trusted clinical brand, known for its commitment to quality, diversity, and continuous improvement.
