We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, with expertise in digital strategies, project management, and team leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to analyse market trends to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Duties
Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to both
retail
and
wholesale
segments.
Maintain and grow a consistent brand image across all platforms (in-store, online, packaging, etc.).
Manage digital campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC) and coordinate with content creators, photographers, and influencers.
Plan and execute seasonal sales, product launches, and promotional events.
Create marketing materials tailored for wholesale buyers (line sheets, product descriptions, trade show displays).
Work with store managers to understand customer feedback and improve in-store experience.
Analyze sales data to understand product performance across retail and wholesale channels.
Plan and manage the marketing budget, Allocate resources effectively between retail and wholesale marketing needs.
Collaborate with third-party agencies or freelancers (e.g., for ad campaigns or photoshoots).
Help determine pricing strategies based on customer behavior, competitor pricing, and brand positioning.
Implement loyalty programs, SMS/email marketing, and local promotions to drive foot traffic.
Develop marketing collateral for retail stores (e.g., posters, signage) and wholesale clients (e.g., lookbooks, catalogs).
Qualifications
Proven experience in a management role within a marketing department, preferably in B2B settings.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in utilising Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong organisational skills coupled with effective time management capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and IT literacy is essential.
