The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail environment. Duties
Supervise and manage shop staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organised and efficient shop environment, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping experience.
Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
Train new employees on shop procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff to improve results.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and staff.
Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
