Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to join us at

Zest Marketing,

the bold, specialist marketing agency for the facilities management (FM) sector.

At Zest, we don't do cookie-cutter campaigns. We act as an extension of our clients' teams, bringing fresh ideas, energy, and strategies that help them stand out in a traditionally corporate space. From challenger SMEs to global providers, our work transforms brands, drives growth, and positions our clients as leaders in the FM industry.

The right person for this role will be a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll be confident leading multi-channel campaigns, building strong client relationships, and delivering marketing that doesn't just look good, but delivers real results.

Duties

Own client strategy:

Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that amplify brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support long-term growth.

Campaign leadership:

Lead multi-channel campaigns, from content and social media to events, PR, and email, with creativity, precision, and measurable ROI.

Brand positioning:

Help shape and strengthen our clients' brands so they stand out in the FM sector, while also supporting Zest's own brand growth.

Content creation:

Write and edit compelling copy across blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership, aligning with each client's tone of voice.

Digital expertise:

Oversee websites (mainly WordPress), SEO improvements, and paid campaigns (Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads) to boost visibility and conversions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Zest's designers, freelancers, and partner agencies (SEO, PPC, videography, etc.) to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns.

Performance focus:

Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools) to measure success, optimise campaigns, and report clearly to stakeholders.

Project management:

Juggle multiple clients and campaigns with confidence, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Skills

Proven marketing management experience with a strong track record in B2B marketing. Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire both clients and colleagues. Confident in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar), and Google Workspace. Would be great if you had experience in Figma and Adobe. Strong copywriting and storytelling ability, especially for professional B2B audiences. Experience in social media management and email marketing best practices. Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to thrive in a busy agency environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with the facilities management sector is a bonus, but curiosity and willingness to learn is just as valuable.

Why Join Zest?

At Zest, we pride ourselves on being refreshingly different from the traditional agency mould. We:

Act as true partners to our clients, not just suppliers. Bring bold ideas and energy into a sector that's often overlooked. Focus on growth, for our clients, our team, and the agency. Value creativity, results, and relationships in equal measure. Work hard, have fun, and always aim to "Zest up" everything we do.
If you're passionate about making a real impact, love variety, and want to be part of an agency that's shaking up the FM marketing world, we'd love to hear from you.
