What you'll be doing...
Your key responsibilities as the Marketing Manager will consist of:
Responsible for working collaboratively with interdepartmental stakeholders to lead and support the production of innovative and professional food and non-food customer experience solutions to drive profitability, brand awareness and customer experience.
Responsible for taking accountability of divisional brand image to ensure promotional materials provide a consistent, market leading and professional customer experience solution in line with corporate and budget requirements through ongoing measurement and analysis.
Responsible for providing a collaborative approach for client group and wider stakeholders by working with Promotions Manager to provide effective and innovative ongoing customer experience solutions in line with the annual marketing calendar and menu frameworks.
Responsible for maintaining up to date customer and competitor awareness in order to identify areas of new opportunity and consistently provide marketing leading customer experience solutions.
Responsible for working with senior operations teams to drive marketing solutions for specific projects within client division to help drive participation and spend.
Responsible for having an understanding of current food trends in order to develop concepts from initial ideal through to launch and refresh.
Capable of providing training and coaching as required, either train the trainer for further cascade, or direct with site-based teams.
