Cellula Robotics Ltd. is a world-leading marine technology company focused on changing the paradigm of subsea survey, science and security through modular, long range, autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) systems. Marketing Manager

. The

Marketing Manager

is responsible for the promotion of all products and services from the Cellula Robotics group of companies and collating relevant market intelligence to develop an appropriate strategy. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, and working closely with the Director of Sales, core responsibilities include developing a cohesive marketing strategy in line with our commercial goals, campaign and brand management and market analysis. The incumbent is also responsible for the marketing budget across the group companies.

The Incumbent works closely with other members of the sales and marketing team to grow exposure and engagement across different media types and at industry events.

The role includes the following activities:

Marketing Activities and Performance (goals to be updated by end of Q3 annually):



Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy and detailed activity plans for all group products across the commercial, scientific and defence sectors Responsibility for group resources (website, social media accounts and promotional accounts etc.) Campaign and brand management for all group companies and products Plan and manage trade shows, conferences and related industry events Budget management for marketing materials and events within approved limits Market analysis to quantify customer behaviour, adjacent market opportunities and related technologies, including competitor analysis Performance reporting on marketing campaigns and resources providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Collaboration, Compliance and KPIs:



In conjunction with the Chief Commercial Officer set and agree goals for marketing performance Assist in developing sales strategies inline with marketing plans to secure sustainable growth Collaborate across the sales and marketing team, and product leadership to maximise all opportunities for external engagement Follow the corporate ethics policies without deviation

Growth:



Maintain detailed records of marketing activities, events, adverts and media posts to measure engagement to identify opportunities for growth Identify market opportunities for growth for Cellula Robotics' products and services

Industry Presence and Knowledge:



Keep up to date with industry events, publications and social media channels with a focus on marine robotics Understand the competitive landscape within the marine robotics segment Be able to attend at least 6 (six) industry relevant trade shows and conferences per year (not Cellula Robotics organised events) Travel approximately 60 days per year (no less then 40 days, no more than 80 days)

Your profile:



Legally eligible to work in the UK and eligible for UK security clearance Able to travel internationally without restriction Experience in business-to-business marketing, social media campaigns, advertising and event management is essential Knowledge of the marine robotics industry is advantageous Graphic design skills are an advantage Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar Excellent English writing & verbal skills Strong networking, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities Strong problem identification and solving skills
