Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our products, drive our brand, and increase our customer engagement. Have a strong understanding of marketing principles with excellent leadership skills and able to communicate with any level within the business.
Playing a pivotal role in the continued development of the Oswaldtwistle Mills Shopping Village, Tweedmill Shopping Outlet's and Garden Centres brands.
Understand our brand propositions and develop creative design and ideas that help to bring it to life.
Manage design projects from briefing, concept presenting, amends, proofing and production.
Develop design across multiple channels including posters, flyers, newsletters, e-shots, brochures, signage, web banners, video and social media.
Manage the flow and scheduling of requests, prioritising them as appropriate and ensure relevant colleagues are aware of timelines.
Updating social media channels with engaging and creative content.
Designing point-of-sale material for our retail outlets
Continuous update of content on the company's websites via a content management system
Contribute to ongoing website development, enhancement and maintenance
Produce radio and press releases
Creative writing
Events, seasonal design and set ups of these
Being the sole driving force of marketing across the business
Reporting to directors and the senior management teams of the impact of marketing campaigns
Effectively manage the spend of the marketing budget; ensuring maximum effectiveness of expenditure
Monitor impact of social media campaigns and amend the campaign accordingly if needed
Develop a marketing calendar for the year and promote campaigns to maximise exposure of stores and drive footfall to maximise revenue
Support concessions and department managers and supervisors to promote product launches, new ranges and sale activities
Engage in business development for Oswaldtwistle Mills Business and Conference Centre; attend coordinated events to further promote the centre
Use of own car with UK driving license essential and travel to other sites when needed.
