With a strong focus on creating safer working environments, we partner with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries to deliver comprehensive safety services. We're now seeking a Marketing Manager to join our expanding commercial team, working in collaboration with our new Bid and Business Development leads.

This is a hands-on role with real impact. You'll lead our marketing strategy, build our brand, and deliver creative campaigns that raise awareness, strengthen relationships, and open new opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

Leading Safer Sphere's marketing strategy and annual plan.

Managing brand and content across all channels.

Creating engaging case studies, blogs, PR, and social media content.

Planning and delivering campaigns, events, and exhibitions.

Driving digital growth - SEO, PPC, analytics, LinkedIn.

Leading and developing our Marketing Assistant.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a marketing management role.

Strong digital marketing and campaign delivery skills.

Creative flair and excellent copywriting ability.

Confident with Adobe Creative Suite and CMS systems.

Experience in professional services or consultancy (construction preferred).
