To lead this transformation, we're looking for a talented and strategic Marketing Manager with strong creative flair -- someone who can take full ownership of producing a refreshed brand identity, redesigning our website, managing our digital channels, and driving engagement through compelling content and social media. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, innovative, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to bring our new brand vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the hands-on creation and execution of the company's rebrand, including logo and visual identity Design and develop a new website with a focus on user experience, visual appeal, and performance Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) tailored to each audience Plan and produce recruitment posts and team-focused videos to showcase company culture and attract talent Design brochures, promotional materials, business cards, signage, and other print/digital assets Refresh and enhance presentations for internal and external use Implement and manage SEO and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads Track performance metrics across campaigns and platforms, providing regular reporting and insights Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the B2B sector Maintain effective time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills & Experience:

Degree in marketing Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in marketing with hands-on content creation, design, and campaign management Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools Solid understanding of SEO and PPC strategy and execution Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Strong time management and project ownership skills, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously Experience working in a similar role or in an agency environment is highly desirable
