About the Role:

As our Marketing A Lister, you'll be at the forefront of our creative revolution. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Leading and managing all on and offline marketing campaigns with flair and precision.

- Driving our SEO strategy to ensure we're always at the top of the search game.

- Creating compelling digital ads that capture attention and convert clicks into clients.

- Crafting innovative 'lumpy' mail campaigns that leave a lasting impression.

- Managing our social media presence with engaging content that resonates with our audience.

- Generating leads and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

- Writing, constructing, and sending value-based emails to our list, then analysing their performance to optimise future campaigns.

- Developing blog articles following the "They Ask You Answer" principle by Marcus Sheridan to provide valuable insights and answers to our audience's questions.

- Potential to spearhead a small marketing team in the future, shaping the direction and strategy of our marketing efforts.

Salary Range:

30,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus performance related pay.
