Our Swift device, launched in 2016, is a microwave-based treatment used globally within Podiatry and Dermatology. With more than 500,000 treatments delivered to date, Swift is helping clinicians deliver faster, cleaner, and more effective care--improving outcomes for patients and advancing treatment standards in the field.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager with a passion for making a difference - not just in business, but in people's lives. In this role, you will be responsible for amplifying awareness of the Swift treatment, both to prospective customers and patients.
You will lead and deliver marketing activity across the full customer journey; from generating interest and creating demand, to supporting clinics in promoting Swift within their practices. This includes developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, producing compelling content, and supporting events and customer engagement initiatives.
This is a strategic, hands-on position where you will work closely with our sales team, clinical practice team, and customers to ensure consistent, impactful messaging at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand among prospective customers
Create engaging, high-quality content across digital, social, email, and print to support lead generation and brand visibility
Lead the promotion and execution of events, webinars, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives
Develop marketing resources and toolkits to help clinics promote Swift to their patients effectively
Work closely with the sales team to align campaign activity with commercial priorities and pipeline needs
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine and optimise future activity
Key Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience
Proven track record of executing successful lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
Strong content creation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging materials.
Confident working with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Preferably some experience using AI tools to enhance and scale marketing efforts (e.g. content generation, and automation)
