Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to contribute to key marketing initiatives, focusing on market research, competitor analysis, PR, partnerships to elevate our brand visibility and positioning.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Industry Insights
Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and emerging opportunities in the home & bath sector.
Leverage data analytics tools to track and interpret industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities in the home & bath sector.
Monitor industry reports and seasonal trends and from multiple sources, providing strategic insights for marketing campaigns and product positioning. (Google Trends, industry reports, social listening tools, and internal sales data)
Deliver regular competitor analysis reports, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities for differentiation.
Track macro and microeconomic trends affecting consumer buying behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
PR & Marketing Strategy
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Ecom, and Brand Marketing Manager to drive month-on-month growth across revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. This includes leveraging market insights to refine target audience strategies, optimizing digital marketing channels, and identifying high-impact partnership opportunities.
Support the execution of business strategies, ensuring marketing efforts align with product launches, promotional campaigns, and overall brand positioning. Work cross-functionally to oversee seamless execution.
Develop and execute press release strategies for product launches, brand milestones, and key collaborations alongside Brand Marketing & PR Head.
Build relationships with key journalists, influencers, and media houses in the home, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
Manage and oversee PR agency for media coverage, interviews, and feature placements ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging, alongside Brand Marketing & PR Head.
Manage influencer dispatches for gifting & content creation SOs.
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Identify strategic brand partnerships, aligning Christy with complementary luxury, interior, and lifestyle brands.
Identify sponsorship opportunities, ensuring Christy is represented in high-visibility events and collaborations.
Manage partnership negotiations, contracts, and deliverables to maximize ROI.
Event Collaborations & Brand Experiences
Execute event collaboration strategies, securing Christy's participation in relevant industry events, design showcases, and luxury lifestyle activations.
Track event impact through measurable KPIs, ensuring data-driven evaluations of ROI and audience engagement.
Content & Thought Leadership
Write, review, and respond to press queries with a strong brand voice.
Coordinate with the creative team and agency to deliver engaging content and visuals for articles, listicles, and media features.
Collaborate with graphic designers & shoot teams to brief compelling content that amplifies PR and partnership initiatives.
Use seasonal trends and insights to develop editorial stories and campaign ideas that drive brand engagement.
Reporting & Review
Liaise with the agency to provide data-backed performance reports, using PR analytics, media monitoring tools, and partnership tracking to measure success across PR coverage, partnerships, and event collaborations.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing, PR, partnerships, or brand strategy, ideally within the home, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Understanding of the broader media landscape--including print, digital, social, and emerging platforms--to ensure Christy's brand presence is effectively amplified.
Ability to interpret market research and competitor insights.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
A self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, attending key meetings and events in London when required.
Flexibility to take on responsibilities outside of the defined scope during high-priority brand moments, ensuring a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach when necessary.
