Lemon Contact Centre is a Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service solutions. As part of our strategic growth and diversification, we are expanding our in-house capabilities to include a dedicated outsourced marketing function. This function will support both Lemon's own brand and a growing portfolio of clients across various sectors with full-service marketing delivery.
We are now seeking a proactive, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead this exciting development.
The Role
This is a dynamic and versatile position, combining ownership of Lemon's in-house marketing strategy with the leadership of a small outsourced marketing team delivering services to external clients. You'll be responsible for strengthening Lemon's brand visibility and lead generation, while also managing client campaigns across a range of industries.
The role suits a confident generalist with a proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, excellent stakeholder management, and a clear understanding of how to translate business goals into effective marketing execution.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including SEO, content, email, social media, PPC, and PR) to build visibility, engagement, and lead generation for both Lemon and client brands.
Manage and optimise multiple websites, ensuring they are fast, SEO-friendly, on-brand, user-friendly, and conversion-optimised.
Lead a targeted SEO strategy across Lemon and client accounts, with a focus on technical SEO, keyword ranking improvements, AI-aware content development, and backlink acquisition.
Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, social posts) tailored to brand voice, audience, and stage in the customer journey.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary contact for client marketing accounts and collaborating closely with the internal sales team at Lemon.
Lead a small internal team and utilise external resources such as freelancers and specialists where needed to deliver high-quality, cohesive marketing campaigns.
Plan and deliver digital PR and event campaigns, including press opportunities, exhibitions, and online features to enhance brand credibility and drive leads.
Monitor and report on campaign performance across Lemon and client activities using Google Analytics, dashboards, and social insights - providing actionable insights and data-led recommendations.
Support the full sales process by contributing marketing expertise to proposals and on-boarding activities - ensuring a smooth and strategic handover from prospect to client.
Work with the Executive team to define and track annual marketing plans and budgets for both internal and external marketing efforts.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you:
Hold a relevant degree or industry qualification (e.g. CIM) and have relevant experience in B2B marketing, exposure to service-based or client-facing environments would be advantageous.
Bring a strong grasp of marketing strategy, including problem-centric selling, and are skilled in delivering clear, engaging content to target audiences across multiple channels.
Have advanced knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, email, social media, and content marketing, and use data analytics to drive performance and ROI.
Communicate confidently and effectively, with a proven ability to build cohesive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Are commercially aware, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
