Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior marketing manager or marketing executive wanting to take the next step in their career, by taking the lead on all things marketing at PropCall - from building our brand and marketing department to generating high-quality leads. You'll be our go-to for strategy, campaigns, content, and everything in between. If you're a confident marketer with a creative spark, commercial mindset, and a real interest in the property space, this could be the role for you.
What We're Looking For:
Essential
3+ years' experience in a marketing role, B2B Services.
Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and channels. (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot or similar)
A confident communicator with high emotional intelligence and resilience.
Desired
Experience in property or real estate sectors.
Some experience of talent selection - Our new Marketing manager will be responsible for recruiting a marketing apprentice in their first 3 months.
Bonus points if you've worked with outsourced service providers or property tech platforms.
Role Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Build and run smart marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
Launch multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, social media & social, events - the lot) and keep them firing on all cylinders.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Create targeted campaigns that bring in quality B2B leads (we're talking landlords, agents, developers - not tenants).
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to deliver tools and campaigns that convert interest into new business.
Content with Purpose
Collaborating with operational staff, write and commission content that makes us stand out - think helpful blogs, guides, case studies, newsletters.
Position us as the go-to experts in outsourced property management (without sounding boring!).
Reputation Management
Monitor and manage our online reviews (Google, Trustpilot, etc.) and make sure our reputation shines.
Data, Internal Insights & Reporting
Accurately monitor marketing performance - website traffic, lead quality/generation & Detailed ROI for all marketing streams.
Work with the People Team on internal communications Share the wins (and what we've learned) in a way that makes sense to the wider team.
Partnerships & Events
Attend industry events, webinars, and meetups to further increase brand awareness in the market.
