at Bramblecrest, you'll be the strategic architect and creative custodian of our brand. Responsible for leading compelling campaigns, driving multi-channel growth, championing brand excellence and mentoring an ambitious team - you'll share in the success you create, as part of our Employee Ownership Trust.

Location:

Stroud, Cotswolds

Salary:

40,000 - 50,000 DOE + EOT Profit Share

Hours:

9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Role Overview



We are seeking a strategic

Marketing Manager

to oversee Bramblecrest's brand and communications. This role is responsible for defining and executing our marketing strategy, managing investment decisions, and driving multi-channel brand awareness.

As custodian of the brand, the successful applicant will ensure consistent application of guidelines and messaging across the business, reinforcing and developing Bramblecrest's market position and customer appeal.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop the Bramblecrest brand strategy and value proposition Enhance brand awareness and preference via multi-channel marketing communications Brand custodian, ensuring business-wide adherence to curated guidelines Propose and manage value-add market and customer research projects Identify and implement improvements to the Trade & Retail customer experience Collaborate on the launch strategy for new products Lead brand and product communications across media, PR & social Create and coordinate effective, seasonally relevant campaigns Manage trade marketing investments, including both in-store and online activities Provide marketing input and support for shows, both Trade and Retail Seek lucrative, on-brand partnerships that deliver a strong return-on-investment Oversee brand & product content creation and design, including photo/video shoots Manage all copywriting requirements, ensuring a consistent tone-of-voice Regularly measure the effectiveness of marketing activities via data-driven analysis Lead a small, ambitious team of marketers and external service providers Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring spend does not exceed budget Be a key liaison between product, sales & customer service

Key Skills & Experience



5+ years in marketing, with people management experience Design software expertise desirable Outdoor living / lifestyle brand background preferable Proactive, organised & diligent Ability to prioritise, especially in busy periods Strong communicator and relationship builder Commercial awareness and return-on-investment focused
