Job Title: Marketing Manager (Full-Time)
Base: Toomebridge Office (Travel Required)
Job Summary:
McAteer Solutions Estate Agents are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our marketing strategies to our next level of growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence, our vision, values, generating leads, monitoring KPI's, marketing/market reports, enhancing sales, growing the company across UK and Ireland; ensuring effective communication and engagement with our target audience/customers/professional team while having fun with a energetic and dynamic team. With continuous engagement within our local community clubs, schools and charities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Residential & Commercial property listings and enhance brand visibility across UK & Ireland.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including the company website, brochures, open-houses, conferences, exhibitions.
- Collaborate with others to gather information and insights about properties for effective marketing.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials and direct marketing efforts.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, KPI's, to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate events and open houses to showcase properties and engage with potential clients.
- Enhance our fast growing brand across UK & Ireland to enhance sales and brand awareness.
- Continuous and innovative growth strategies to be implemented
- Strong understanding of AI and how it will be implemented successfully across the company
- Strong understanding of AI
- Maintaining and growing our personal and professional brand by strong marketing innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of reporting of KPIs and other metric marketing reporting.
- Proof of KPI marketing reports
Preferable:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role, or
- 5 years in a property related role
- Own car required for travel (expenses paid)
Work Environment:
This position will be based in our main Toomebridge office, with occasional travel to other company offices/sites/property across NI and UK.
Report To: Estate Agent Director
