We are now hiring a Marketing Manager to take the lead in shaping and executing our brand strategy, driving high-quality lead generation, and positioning FIRST as the go-to digital partner for top-tier clients.
Role Overview:
As Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for FIRST Class Global. You'll oversee campaigns, content, and outreach while managing the Marketing Executive and collaborating with leadership to ensure our marketing drives tangible sales growth. This is a strategic and hands-on role: you'll lead on planning, while also rolling up your sleeves to produce and optimise campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the marketing strategy for FIRST, aligned with company growth goals
Lead B2B campaign planning across email, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships
Manage and mentor the Marketing Executive, providing clear direction and feedback
Oversee content creation: web, social, video scripts, case studies, and thought-leadership pieces
Own the CRM, funnel strategy, and lead nurturing system - from awareness to booked calls
Research, segment, and target record labels, talent agencies, sports brands, and entertainment companies
Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and sales team to align messaging, pitches, and campaign timing
Track and report on performance metrics (conversion rates, campaign ROI, booked meetings) and adjust strategy accordingly
Work closely with the video/content production team on launches and brand storytelling
Represent FIRST at industry events, networking opportunities, and client showcases where required
Ideal Candidate:
4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic role
Proven track record of leading successful B2B campaigns in creative, entertainment, or agency sectors
Strong lead generation and CRM management expertise
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills - able to position FIRST as an elite partner
Experience managing a small team or external freelancers/agencies
Confident with LinkedIn campaigns, email automation tools, and funnel optimisation
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actions
Bonus: experience working with talent agencies, celebrities, sports brands, or entertainment clients
