35,000 - 45,000 (DOE) + up to 10,000 annual bonus

Marketing Manager

to take us to the next level.

The Role

This is a

hybrid position

, with your base at our Stamford office, working directly with the Director and MD, and managing two part-time Marketing Executives.

You will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing strategy and execution -- online, digital, social media, and offline. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership, shape strategy, and implement your ideas in a business that sees marketing as a true investment.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and delivering marketing strategies across digital, social media, and offline channels. Leading and mentoring two part-time Marketing Executives. Working with our PPC affiliate company, SEO agency, web developers, and CRM partners. Overhauling and building our social media presence (currently under-performing). Managing direct mail campaigns for targeted promotions. Driving initiatives such as email marketing, referral schemes, POS, and promotional campaigns. Analysing campaign effectiveness, reporting results, and continuously improving.
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Hands-on, creative, and unafraid to take ownership. IT-savvy and confident working across multiple platforms and channels. A strong manager with the ability to inspire and lead a small team. Passionate, energetic, and relentless in pursuing results. A "doer" who can take responsibility when things don't go to plan, learn, and keep pushing forward. Excited by the challenge of turning ideas into impactful campaigns. Able to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution.
