We're GO GO Makers -- a creative, energetic,

award-winning

team that delivers inspiring Holiday Camps and enrichment programmes to children across Warwickshire.

We're looking for a

relationship-driven, confident communicator

to take the lead on our

marketing, school partnerships, and recruitment campaigns

. You'll be the outward-facing energy of GO GO Makers -- helping us grow our reach, attract great team members, and keep families engaged and inspired.

What You'll Do:

Plan and deliver

marketing campaigns

to attract staff and families Build strong

partnerships with schools, colleges and universities

Organise and promote

recruitment days, induction events, and taster workshops

Communicate warmly and clearly with

families

to build trust and loyalty Use

feedback from families

to boost recommendations and improve service Create content and materials to support visibility and engagement Track performance and produce clear

event and outreach reports

Build local partnerships with

businesses and organisations

to promote Go Go Makers

Lead campaigns and initiatives to

drive staff recruitment

and boost applications

Plan and promote

recruitment events

, open days, and school-based outreach

Manage and grow the

staff and parent referral programme

Oversee

merchandise promotion and sales

, especially during camps and events

Boost

local brand awareness

through creative community engagement

Salary:

30,000 - 40,000 (FTE)

Salary based on experience and agreed working pattern. Pro rata applies where hours are part time.
