Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and creative

Marketing Manager

to take full ownership of our digital marketing activity. You'll lead campaigns across

Email/CRM

,

PPC

, and

Meta Ads

, while also managing

promotional planning

, including

seasonal sales

,

product launches

,

discount strategies

, and our

customer loyalty program

. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & CRM

Plan and manage weekly emails, automated customer flows, and promotional communications. Segment audiences by behaviour and lifecycle stage to maximise relevance and conversions. Own performance KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion, and unsubscribe rate. Regularly test subject lines, layouts, and timing to optimise effectiveness. Use a CRM system (e.g., Klaviyo) to nurture customer retention and build lasting engagement.

PPC & Paid Search

Create and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube. Research keywords, analyse competitor strategies, and manage bid strategies. Monitor and report on ACOS, ROI, ROAS, CPC, and campaign efficiency. Maintain alignment with product priorities and upcoming sales initiatives.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Develop and execute paid social strategies across acquisition and retargeting funnels. Build and optimise custom/lookalike audiences and creatives for different customer types. Test various ad formats, copy, and placements to drive engagement and conversion. Work with in-house or freelance design support on compelling, brand-aligned visuals.

Promotional Planning & Campaign Execution

Lead the planning and rollout of

seasonal sales

exclusive product launches

, and

discounting strategies

. Coordinate multi-channel campaign calendars (email, paid ads, organic social, homepage banners, etc.). Monitor performance and pivot tactics in real-time to maximise revenue opportunities. Manage the

JustGeek customer loyalty program

--including acquisition, rewards, and communication strategies. Collaborate with the buying, creative, and customer service teams to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution.

Key Skills & Experience

3+ years' experience

in a digital marketing role, ideally in an eCommerce or D2C brand. Demonstrated ability to manage digital campaigns across CRM, Google Ads, and Meta platforms. Strong commercial acumen and ability to plan, launch, and measure multi-channel promotions. Data-driven approach with confidence using GA4, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across departments. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Desirable Experience

Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and loyalty program platforms. Experience with other ad platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) or affiliate marketing tools. Background in licensed merchandise, collectables, or pop culture/gaming markets.
