We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our unique portfolio - three country house hotels and a vibrant, well-loved cafe, all properties popular with locals and tourists, alike. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing direction across a diverse hospitality portfolio, driving brand visibility, occupancy, bookings, and guest engagement.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a diverse marketing role, where no two days are the same--from launching seasonal campaigns and planning promotions to overseeing influencer visits and building community buzz.
What You'll Do
Create and deliver
annual marketing plans that drive bookings, footfall, and brand awareness across all venues.
Lead digital marketing efforts
including SEO, paid ads, social media (for which you will also create content for), and email campaigns.
Craft compelling content
that tells the story of each property, from luxury escapes to cosy cafe treats.
Manage on-site marketing campaigns and projects
, including printed collateral, and guest-facing materials in collaboration with the leadership and front-of-house teams.
Work with the Media Manager
to produce high-quality assets and coverage.
Track performance and ROI
using data and analytics to guide decision-making.
Be a key player in our
cross-property leadership team
, influencing the customer journey at every touchpoint.
Who We're Looking For
A creative thinker with
3+ years' experience in marketing
, ideally in hospitality, events, or F&B.
Confident managing multiple brands and locations with a consistent, tailored approach.
Skilled in social media, digital campaigns, and content creation (including briefing photographers/videographers).
Able to lead projects from concept to completion, with strong attention to detail and organisation.
A collaborative team player who can work closely with chefs, managers, and customer-facing staff.
