Collaborate.works is an independently owned Flexible Office and CoWoking operator based in Woking and Guildford in Surrey.
Founded in 2015, we are well established and popular with many small, medium and large businesses in Surrey, providing a range of office services, desk hire and meeting room hosting from our several locations.
We are experiencing a period of growth in our customer base and locations, so are looking for a local part-time Marketing Manager to support our marketing activities.
THE ROLE
Working closely with a senior colleague, this person will manage:
Customer acquisition digital marketing activities such as website development, content writing for blog posts and websites, Google search marketing and analysis of marketing performance.
Some direct sales activities such as lead sourcing and lead generation, contacting and engaging with prospective customers and managing sales meetings.
Managing and supporting existing customer relationships and customer experiences within the business.
This is a great opportunity to work with a small but growing business, working with some impressive clients and alongside a senior marketing colleague and a friendly team.
The role will be part-time, working afternoons in our central Woking office. We require between 10 - 20 hours per week, which is flexible and can be discussed. Our office is a friendly, creative and relaxed place to work, with modern decor and professional business facilities.
Therefore, this role would suit a person local to Woking. Please do not apply if you have a long journey time to get to Woking each day.
YOU
As the role is part-time, you are likely to be a local person with other part-time interests or commitments, but who would like to be involved with a local company and continue your marketing career.
Qualifications & Experience required
A bachelor's degree or higher BTEC from a recognised UK University.
At least 6 years previous UK marketing experience, with at least 2 years working in B2B marketing.
Previous experience working in events, real estate or B2B services is desirable.
You'll need highly competent digital skills to manage website and search marketing.
An excellent standard of written and spoken English.
A confident, easy going, sociable personality.
Package offered
An initial fixed-term contract of 12 months.
A pro-rata salary, range 30-40,000 p.a.
Paid holiday.
Discretionary bonus.
