We are looking for a talented and driven

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing efforts and support business growth across the UK. This is a key role in our team, responsible for planning and executing effective multi-brand marketing campaigns that increase our brand awareness, customer engagement, and occupancy rates.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across digital and offline channels Manage paid advertising campaigns through our agencies (Google Ads, social media, display) Optimise website performance through SEO and content strategy Create engaging content for blogs, emails, and social media Oversee email marketing campaigns and CRM automation Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners Create and manage press releases. Coordinate marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spend

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role (B2C preferred) Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, digital and email marketing Hands-on experience with CMS (e.g. WordPress), Google Analytics, and Ad platforms Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing company Marketing degree or relevant qualification preferred
