Job Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and project management, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement through innovative campaigns.

Duties



Develop, own, and execute the marketing strategy, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives and market demands. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social media, events, etc.). Own and drive all lead generation strategies and campaigns, from planning to execution and optimisation. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with sales-ready leads (SQLs) and conversion goals. Act as the guardian of the brand, developing, maintaining, and enforcing brand guidelines across all channels and departments. Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, content, and brand messaging. Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of campaigns. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Serve as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and speaking engagements -- ensuring the company is well-represented and positioned as a market leader. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance & HR Track and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI metrics. Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular evaluations, and support career development for team members.

Qualifications & Experience



Degree or relevant qualification in marketing or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, commercial or sales roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Proven success in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies. Experience in managing marketing budgets.

Skills



Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making processes. Experience in social media management across various platforms. Familiarity with Google Ads and digital advertising strategies. Familiarity with UX/UI awareness, being able to understand how user experience impacts marketing. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
