Marketing Manager
, you will be at the forefront of delivering our brand vision. You'll lead the execution of key marketing initiatives to drive franchise growth, manage and mentor a talented team, and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and franchisees. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that all content and campaigns reflect and amplify our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership
Own brand consistency across all platforms.
Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines.
Conduct regular audits to ensure high compliance and alignment with our identity.
Campaign & Digital Strategy
Lead the planning and execution of national and digital marketing campaigns.
Oversee CMF & NMF budgets and communicate ROI to leadership.
Optimise website, social media, and SEO to maximise traffic and visibility.
Team Leadership
Inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Lead by example, foster innovation, and instil a culture of ownership and growth.
Identify talent, manage performance, and support continuous learning.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with franchisees and internal teams to align on goals and marketing plans.
Deliver insightful updates at meetings and communicate campaign success to stakeholders.
Collect feedback and adjust strategies to support franchisee engagement and growth.
What You'll Bring
Proven ability to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies.
Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign evaluation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to manage budgets and drive measurable results.
A collaborative, empowering approach to people management.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
CIM Certification or similar professional marketing qualification.
Digital Marketing Certification (SEO, SEM, social media preferred).
3-5+ years of marketing experience, including people leadership.
