As we grow in the UK, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand, drive engagement, and position Voltalis as a key player in the sustainability space.
About this Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to help drive our expansion efforts in the UK. Reporting into the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing projects from inception to completion and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
As the Marketing manager, you will also develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives that enhance our market presence and revenue. You'll also be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts that are currently delivered mainly by agency partners (brand, creative and PR). This means managing a number of agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and accurate performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and deliver digital and marketing projects, ensuring smooth department operations and efficient processes.
Digital Strategy:
Collaborate on developing and implementing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Campaign Support:
Collaborate with agencies to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns.
Content Development:
Collaborate with agencies to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.
Channel Optimisation:
Improve growth channels (SEO, email, social media) and streamline workflows for efficiency.
Process Optimisation:
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and improve efficiency.
Team Collaboration:
Align with internal teams and agencies to support growth initiatives and business goals.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor key metrics, adjust strategies, and present growth performance reports to senior management.

Education:
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in in a marketing-focused role, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth companies and agencies, ideally within the energy sector or technology industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies (e.g., SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing)
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello)
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
Knowledge:
Understanding of or willingness to understand the UK energy market and regulatory environment. Familiarity with energy management solutions and technology is highly desirable.
Skills:
Experience with digital and offline marketing channels, strategies and tactics
