We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Marketing Operation Assistant

to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in digital strategies. This role plays a key part in supporting marketing initiatives, managing social media platforms, and assisting with various projects to strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Manage social media accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, and audience engagement Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and insights to inform strategy Assist in designing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining brand consistency Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, including Google Ads and other channels Maintain organised digital filing systems for marketing content and documentation Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is an advantage Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar) is a plus A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: Up to 24,000.00 per year
