Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyse data from various sources, including Google Analytics and Excel, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Utilise WordPress for website updates and content management. Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Provide leadership in marketing initiatives, mentoring junior team members as needed.

Experience

Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position is essential. Strong IT skills, particularly in using digital tools and platforms for marketing purposes. Familiarity with social media management tools and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with WordPress for website management is highly desirable. A background in leadership or team collaboration will be advantageous.
