About the team:
The Marketing Operations team supports the delivery of marketing campaigns by coordinating teams, project managing activity on a quarterly basis, and overseeing the use of email platforms and external tools. You'll support this work by managing documentation and spreadsheets, and by ensuring all activity is compliant and aligned with brand guidelines. Working closely with the wider marketing and sales teams, you'll contribute to lead generation and customer engagement across our financial and mortgage services.
What you will be doing?:
As a Marketing Operations Executive you will have the opportunity to support the Senior Marketing Operations & Controls Manager in delivering the overall marketing operations strategy.
You will take ownership of all document amends and document reviews for the group brands), maintaining the Online Criteria guides for lending brands, and to support with BAU project delivery from a Marketing perspective across the group.

Your responsibilities will include...
Ownership of document management for all brands/group. This includes - taking responsibility for seeking approval and sign off of all document amends/creation.
Managing document reviews as per the schedule.
Managing email systems and support with data gathering/retention/analysis from these systems.
Attending and occasionally leading stand-up calls and other team meetings.
Working with the Digital, Copy and Design teams when required to brief in tasks and manage these through to completion, keeping a full audit trail of feedback/approvals using our workflow system.
Supporting the Senior Marketing & Controls Operations Manager with various RCSA tests on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Intermediate knowledge of regulatory requirements and framework is desirable.
