Job Title: Marketing Operations (JD YOUNG Internship Program)


Location: London, UK

Key Responsibilities:



Platform Operations Strategy Own the end-to-end customer journey experience design for the Joybuy platform, including promotion and voucher mechanics, user growth strategies, sales conversion strategies, and core platform operating mechanisms, with the goal of improving user engagement and conversion performance. Platform Data Analysis Conduct platform-level data analysis, including traffic allocation and utilization efficiency, user growth efficiency, and category differentiation analysis, to support operational decision-making and continuous optimization. Platform Channel Operations Manage and operate key on-site channels on Joybuy, such as Flash Sales, Rankings, and New Arrivals, taking ownership of traffic acquisition efficiency and conversion outcomes to drive overall channel performance.

Qualifications:



Recently graduated or soon about to graduate with a degree in mathematics or a related field. Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication skills required. Mandarin is a plus. Experience or coursework in data analysis (e.g., Excel, Python, or similar tools) is a plus.
