We're looking for a hands-on, proactive, and digitally confident Marketing & Operations Support Executive to work closely with the Director across a fast-growing group of leisure and entertainment businesses - including the innovative experience brand BattleKart.
This is a varied and impactful role combining marketing, admin, and operations. You'll help drive local and digital marketing, manage outreach to influencers and businesses, support system rollouts across sites - and you'll also have creative input into the content we produce.
You'll work closely with our external marketing partners and help direct content creation across web, email, and social - bringing together ideas and ensuring they're actioned effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
Marketing coordination - support campaign planning, influencer outreach, UGC campaigns, and email marketing
Sales driven outreach - contact local businesses, groups, schools, influencers, and event organisers to drive bookings and brand presence
Content direction - help plan and brief content for social, email, and web, working alongside external marketing agencies and creatives
Admin & follow up - chase leads, manage outreach pipelines, and keep projects moving
Rollout support - assist with the introduction of systems, processes, and tools across venues
Local market insight - contribute ideas based on strong knowledge of the North East audience
Close collaboration with the Director - act as a key support in driving ideas forward and getting things done
Who We're Looking For
Based in or around Newcastle or the North East
Super organised, with strong attention to detail and follow through
Digitally capable - quick to learn new tools and platforms (CRMs, schedulers, Google tools, etc.)
Confident communicator - both in writing and on calls
Marketing savvy - ideally some experience in content direction, campaign execution, or influencer outreach
Proactive and self motivated - happy to take initiative and own tasks
Bonus if you've worked in events, entertainment, hospitality, or a creative role
