EC Pro is looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Executive ideally with equestrian knowledge to join our small, close-knit team. This is a 12-month maternity cover where you'll wear multiple hats managing partner relationships, supporting sales activity, and driving our digital marketing forward.
You'll be the bridge between our partners and our internal team, helping maintain valuable relationships while supporting our sales pipeline and evolving our digital presence. What You'll Do
Partnership & Relationship Management
Be the main point of contact for existing partners, scheduling regular check-ins and keeping relationships strong
Prepare partnership updates, reports, and presentations
Keep accurate records of partnership activities and communications
Sales Support
Follow up on sales enquiries promptly and professionally
Keep our CRM system up to date and support the sales pipeline with marketing materials
Help prepare proposals, presentations, and customer communications
Track lead conversion and sales metrics
Content & Digital Marketing
Create engaging content including email campaigns, case studies, blogs, and customer testimonials
Write articles and thought leadership pieces for our website
Develop and deliver email newsletters and targeted campaigns
Support our website evolution and ensure SEO activities align with campaigns
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data
Brand & Industry Engagement
Uphold our brand values and identity with awareness of equestrian governance and social licensing
Provide content support for events and industry activities
What We're Looking ForEssentia
l
A self-starter who's proactive, relationship-focused, and commercially aware
Marketing degree or similar experience in marketing, content, communications, or sales support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident managing professional relationships and client communications
Reliable and able to take ownership of multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency with CRM systems or willingness to learn (we use HubSpot)
Comfortable using website, email marketing tools, and social media platforms professionally
Desirable
Experience in the equestrian industry
B2B marketing, account management, or sales support experience
Familiarity with sales processes and pipeline management
Understanding of digital marketing best practice

Working Arrangements
12-month fixed-term contract, maternity cover but possibilities for the future.
Part-time, 25 hours per week
30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hybrid role: 1-2 days in our Milton Keynes office, remainder home-based
Must live within commutable distance of Furzton Lake, Milton Keynes
