Marketing, PR & Social Media Growth Lead
to be a core force in growing our platforms, voice, and community.
The Role
This is not a beginner role. This is about leading storytelling, community building, and brand positioning from the inside out. You will work directly with the founders to strategize, execute and grow Nesavaali's digital presence, media positioning, and content creation.
If you're someone with 1-2 years of content/marketing experience or have built platforms of your own, and you're looking to combine

Key Responsibilities
Plan content strategy with founders during monthly content meetings
Coordinate shoot days with freelance photographers, videographers, models and editors
Lead 2-day monthly filming schedule (indoor/outdoor, styling, BTS, podcasts)
Be comfortable being the brand face occasionally, wearing products, speaking with heart
Be organised and adaptable to platform changes, audience behaviours and fast-paced ideas
Ensure content kits (equipment, sets, styling, locations) are shoot-ready in advance
Research and build story frameworks for engaging, non-salesy promotion
Create high-value content that inspires, informs and converts
Use AI tools efficiently for content writing, planning, optimisation and automation
Understand the emotional nuance behind music, hooks, captions and storytelling
Conduct interviews with key collaborators, guests or community figures (script provided)
Build local press contacts and PR outreach pipelines (community media & lifestyle outlets)
Coordinate with real women and community models for storytelling campaigns
Stay updated on UK/US fashion and lifestyle brand activity to inspire content angles
Network or attend local events on behalf of the brand
Use our CRM system to manage workflow, planning and creative task execution
Ideal Profile
1-2 years' experience in content, social media, digital marketing or PR
Has used AI tools for content or workflow and can explain how
Highly organised with attention to detail and care in execution
Emotionally intelligent and able to speak in a heart-led tone of voice
Confident speaker and presenter with audience understanding
Passionate about fashion, style, media and cultural storytelling
Comfortable working with visual tools and references
Interested in styling (we will teach the rest)
Able to travel to Southend within 30-45 minutes ideally
A team player with a good heart, strong work ethic, and calm, cheerful attitude
