Overview:



INTROE is looking for a dynamic

Social Media + Community Lead

to drive our online presence and engage with our growing community. As a part of our creative team, you'll oversee daily social media management, engagement, and content strategy while also supporting larger productions. We're a startup, so flexibility and collaboration are key--especially on shoot days, where your involvement in production may be needed.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Strategy & Execution

: Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with our creative direction and brand goals.

Community Engagement

: Actively engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and foster meaningful connections to grow our online community.

Campaign Management

: Collaborate with the team to develop social media campaigns and initiatives that align with INTROE's strategic objectives.

Brand Partnerships

: Identify potential brand collaborations and partnerships that align with our values. Reach out to relevant brands and artists for opportunities to work together.

Analytics & Reporting

: Track performance on social media, providing insights on engagement and content effectiveness, and adjusting strategy where necessary.

Collaboration on Content

: Work with the content team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to content planning, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Production Days

: Be flexible to participate in

shoots

for both

larger productions

and

social media content

, helping with

setup, shooting, and post-production tasks

, depending on the scale of the shoot.

Hours and Schedule:



25 hours per week

, spread over

4 days a week

. Hybrid work situation with

2 in-person collaboration days

required for planning and coordination with the team. Flexibility to assist on

shoot days

for both

larger productions

and

social format content

.

Performance & Feedback:



Regular check-ins to provide constructive feedback, ensure alignment with team goals, and discuss opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or related roles. Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Excellent communication skills and experience with

brand partnerships

. Ability to adapt to changing needs in a

startup environment

and willingness to take on diverse tasks, including shoot day support. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A passion for creativity, collaboration, and community-building.

Trial Period:



This role is subject to a

3-month probationary period

. During this time, performance will be assessed, and either party may terminate the contract with a notice period of

2 weeks

.
