Marketing & Property Executive

Glasgow, G52 - Full UK driving licence required
Salary: 27,000 - 31,000 (depending on experience)

We are on the hunt for a creative, driven, and down-to-earth individual to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who loves social media, enjoys being behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera, and is happy to get stuck into whatever the day brings -- from property marketing to client viewings.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating engaging video and photo content for social media and property marketing - full training can be given but some similar experience of this would be highly beneficial Creating floorplans, interactive tours and brochures for property listings Managing and growing our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Assisting with property listings and marketing campaigns Conducting property viewings and helping with lettings and sales when needed Supporting the team with general office and on-site tasks -- we all chip in!

About You

Confident with social media platforms and content creation (video editing, reels, etc.) Outgoing and personable with the ability to engage with a variety of people both online and in person Creative eye for design, photography and storytelling Organised, reliable, and happy to multitask Ability to confidently lead the marketing of the company with own ideas and inspirations Will thrive with a varied workload, either with the team or at times alone Full UK driving licence (regular travel between properties is required) Positive attitude and a genuine team player -- no task too big or too small
