To support this development, we are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to assist with sales and marketing activities, oversee daily centre operations, and contribute to digital marketing efforts that support the growth of Bright Learning.

Specifically, the role will include:



Marketing Responsibilities



Support the delivery of the centre's digital marketing activities in line with the overall Bright Learning marketing strategy. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimise current campaigns Assist in managing customer relationships through CRM, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up actions Create and post daily content to increase engagement and drive traffic to the website and social media platforms. Capture photos, videos and centre updates to support digital campaigns and brand visibility. Coordinate and schedule all digital content, including social media posts, website updates and newsletters. Prepare and send email campaigns to promote courses and share key updates. Measure digital and social media performance, including weekly sales updates, and share recommendations for improvement. Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media and display channels. Support promotional messaging and communications required for marketing and outreach activities.

Sales & Admin Responsibilities



Manage walk-in enquiries, phone calls and WhatsApp messages, converting prospective learners into enrolments. Provide accurate and clear information regarding courses, fees and entry requirements. Follow up with enquiries to maximise conversions and support branch targets. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining records and supporting enrolment processes. Ensure all learner documents, forms and details are organised and recorded accurately.

Centre Support Responsibilities



Support centre operations to maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Promote a positive image of Bright Learning and contribute to the growth of the business. Oversee the smooth running of the Melton Road Centre during working hours, ensuring the environment is organised, welcoming and ready for tutors and learners. Coordinate with tutors arriving for their scheduled sessions, ensuring classrooms and materials are prepared as required.o

Skills Required:



Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence in dealing with customers and providing clear course-related information. Good command of written English for creating social media posts, captions and updates. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within the centre. Understanding of social media platforms and an interest in digital marketing activities. Willingness to capture content and contribute ideas for online engagement. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both admin and marketing tasks. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience With or Willingness to Work With:



Canva or similar design tools for creating social media content. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for posting, scheduling and managing updates. Customer service duties including greeting walk-ins, supporting learners and managing enquiries. Data entry and maintaining accurate student information. Centre communication systems and internal processes. General office software and standard administrative tools.

Language Requirements:



Fluency in Hindi and/or Punjabi is essential

, as the majority of enquiries and learners at this branch communicate in these languages.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (required)
Experience:

Marketing: 1 year (preferred) sales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:

Hindi and/or Punjabi/Urdu (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
