Key Responsibilities
Generate new enquiries for weddings, holiday lets and lodge sales.
Keep all websites, listings and marketing channels fully updated.
Manage social media (content creation, posting, engagement).
Respond quickly to enquiries and convert them into viewings/bookings.
Host wedding viewings and support couples through the booking process.
Monitor OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com etc.) and ensure listings are accurate.
Assist with pricing updates, promotions and seasonal offers.
Create email newsletters and marketing campaigns.
Support lodge sales with leads, appointments and updated sales materials.
Track KPIs and prepare weekly reports.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Confident, organised and proactive.
Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Creative eye for content and branding (Canva experience helpful).
Ability to manage multiple tasks across weddings, holidays and sales.
Experience in hospitality, weddings, tourism, or marketing is an advantage.
