Role Overview
We're seeking a talented
Marketing & Sales Manager
to lead the charge in growing Beautology's brand presence, Mytime members, and revenue -- both online and in-clinic. This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly strategic but also hands-on -- ready to manage campaigns, build funnels, optimise acquisition costs, and drive performance every day.
You will be the
key decision-maker in marketing

clinic directors weekly

collaborate by managing a team
to share the workload and meet ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Growth
Drive consultation bookings through Facebook ads, google ads, funnels and much more!
Drive Mytime Membership sales through effective sales strategies, nurturing leads from enquiry to conversion.
Manage the client journey through CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up, strong client rapport, and optimised conversion rates.
Work to agreed KPIs and stretch targets with a focus on revenue, acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
Marketing Ownership
Own and optimise all digital marketing activities
, including:
Managing and growing
Beautology's social media channels
Running
Facebook Ads
and
Google Ads
campaigns
Creating and optimising
funnels and landing pages
Overseeing email campaigns and automations
Managing the clinic's
marketing budget
and
cost-per-acquisition
Work with internal team members to
plan and deliver all campaigns
in line with seasonal promotions, treatment launches, and clinic goals.
Deliver weekly performance reports and strategic insights directly to the
Clinic Directors
.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to innovate.
Manage our new Mytime members app, with videos content and launch campaigns
Creative & Brand Strategy
Maintain Beautology's premium brand identity across all platforms and come up with new strategies to improve this.
Create marketing materials, content plans, and campaign assets in alignment with brand tone.
Be creative in bringing new ideas to test and launch that fit inline with the overall company goal.
Must-Have Experience & Skills
Proven experience
as a Marketing Manager, Lead Marketer, or equivalent senior marketing role.
Demonstrated success in:
Running Facebook Ads
(Meta Business Suite)
Running Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, Retargeting)
Creating lead generation funnels
(landing pages, ads, automations)
Working to a marketing budget and optimising CPA
Achieving and exceeding performance targets
Proficient in
CRM systems
(e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign or similar)
Experienced with
website builders
(WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solver.
High level of initiative, self-sufficiency, and ownership.
Have some experience in video editing and content creation
Be creative and a problem solver
