Dr Glyn MediSpa is a premium aesthetics and wellness clinic with locations in London and Chester. We specialise in advanced facial harmonisation, injectables, and skin optimisation, led by Dr Glyn -- a nationally recognised aesthetic expert.

We are seeking an

experienced and highly capable Marketing & Social Media Manager

to elevate our brand, enhance our digital presence, and support the continued growth of both our clinic and personal brand channels.

Role Overview

This is a

senior marketing and content role

suited to someone who combines strategic understanding with strong hands-on creative ability.

You will take

full responsibility for shaping, managing, and executing the digital presence of both Dr Glyn MediSpa and Dr Glyn's personal brand

-- ensuring a cohesive, aspirational, and luxury brand identity across all platforms.You will lead strategy, produce high-quality content, and ensure consistent, polished output across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email marketing. The ideal candidate understands the expectations of a premium brand and has a refined visual and written communication style.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and deliver the social media strategy for the clinic and Founder Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal priorities Plan and oversee digital content across all platforms Identify opportunities for premium, relevant social storytelling

Content Creation & Production

Capture and edit high-quality short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) Produce in-clinic, behind-the-scenes, and treatment-related content Create refined graphics and branded materials (Canva/Figma; Adobe advantageous) Uphold a consistent luxury visual identity across all output

Channel Management

Manage daily posting and scheduling Write polished, compelling UK-English captions Maintain professional, premium community engagement Manage YouTube uploads and support content structure where required

Marketing & Communications

Create and schedule newsletters and email campaigns (MailChimp) Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships Ensure messaging across all touchpoints is aligned and cohesive

Performance & Reporting

Track analytics across social and email platforms Prepare regular performance reports and insights Recommend improvements based on data-driven understanding

Collaboration

Work closely with the Founder on messaging, storytelling, and brand direction Coordinate and brief external videographers, designers, and creative partners

Requirements

Experience

3-5+ years in social media, digital marketing, or content management Experience with

luxury, beauty, aesthetics, skincare, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands

Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality content creation and video editing

Skills

Excellent filming and editing skills for short-form video Strong visual design ability (Canva/Figma; Adobe suite a bonus) Exceptional written communication (UK English) Strong understanding of brand identity and luxury tone Confident in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution

Schedule
