The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Manager in the execution of the EMEA region-specific marketing plan to strengthen sales pipeline, retain our customers and build brand awareness. You will achieve this through the creation and execution of campaigns, content and events, and evaluation of marketing effectiveness.

Further, the Marketing Specialist will partner with the central marketing team and regional stakeholders (leadership, business development, client delivery and communications) to support the execution of the region-specific marketing plan.

Responsibilities

  • Understand central brand strategy and marketing strategy to implement through the region-specific marketing plan developed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Support and execute the region-specific marketing plan including, but not limited to event organisation, email campaigns, social media and advertising.
  • Support the planning and execution of AGS-sponsored events and conferences.
  • Support the planning and execution of AGS-owned events - roundtables and webinars.
  • Copywriting for social media, landing pages, outbound email campaigns and internal comms.
  • Coordinate with central marketing for design, social media and website content and promotional strategies.
  • Drive monthly customer newsletter creation, set-up and send utilising HubSpot.
  • Help drive lead engagement and overall traffic to the website through various marketing activities, such as email campaigns, event lead follow-up and specialized content creation.
  • Assist with maintenance of the lead and customer database, as well as stay up-to-date with the relevant AGS marketing technologies and platforms.
  • Assist in analysing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in communications and brand guidelines when deploying strategies.
  • Support overall marketing team goals and programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience required.
  • Experience in copywriting and content creation required.
  • Experience with organising physical and digital events required.
  • Exposure to marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot\'s marketing suite, Salesforce, Sitecore, Google Analytics, Trello, etc.
  • Outstanding communicator and creative thinker.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment that values creativity, self-motivation, candor, reliability and accountability.
  • Ability to perform independently and within a team environment.
  • People-oriented, strong relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and curiosity.
Additional Information

This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
