Hope Macaulay is a family-run, global luxury fashion brand based on the North Coast of Northern Ireland, best known for its colourful, handcrafted knitwear. Each piece is made by a team of local knitters using luxurious, sustainable yarns. The brand combines innovation with traditional craftsmanship to create bold, joyful designs that celebrate creativity and individuality.

Job Purpose:

To provide excellent customer service while supporting the brand's marketing and operational activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Deliver outstanding customer support via email, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage customer returns and exchanges, coordinating with the Operations team to communicate order delays or issues. Respond to customer comments and queries on platforms, such as Instagram and Trust Pilot.

Marketing and Content Creation:

Develop and execute engaging email campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions. Upload new product listings to the website using Shopify, including writing product descriptions. Organise and upload sample sale items by taking photos, creating product listings and launch. Draft press releases for new campaigns and distribute them to press contacts and stylists. Conduct customer and knitter surveys to gather feedback and insights.

Event Coordination and Wholesale:

Assist in planning and coordinating events such as pop-ups. Reach out to stockists to acquire Hope Macaulay and Hope's Wool wholesale orders and build lasting partnerships. Create and manage wholesale invoices. Maintain an up-to-date database of stockists, orders, and communications. Work with Operations team to streamline fulfilment processes, and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Working Hours:

In the studio Monday - Thursday 10am - 4pm. Friday 1 hour WFH.
