You'll also be involved in the delivery of campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively across digital channels.This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on campaign oversight. You'll work closely with the wider internal team - including graphic design, paid media, email and social media specialists - to bring ideas to life. • Own brand relationships - act as the main point of contact, building trust and delivering tailored support across various brands.
• Shape marketing strategy - provide strategic input based on data, campaign performance and brand objectives.
• Drive results - monitor and optimise campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Consult with brands - offer guidance on internal challenges such as sales pipelines or process bottlenecks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally - align with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strategic consistency.
• Lead communication - run regular brand meetings, present insights, and simplify complex marketing updates.
• Support growth - manage budgets, track performance, and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and impact.
• Ensure quality and reporting - maintain internal systems, oversee reporting, and uphold high delivery standards.

About you:

• Strategic & analytical thinker
• Previous experience working in digital marketing
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Able to build strong relationships with key people
• Strong understanding of agriculture (Desirable)
• Able to commute to Cheshire office twice a week
