We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Strategy Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, as well as the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target demographic.

Duties

Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, announcements, and newsworthy content through social media channels.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Marketing Background
