About the Role

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Specialist with experience in e-commerce CRM to join our small but mighty team. You'll lead the day-to-day execution of email marketing, copywriting across web, email, and social, and use CRM insights to inform strategy and performance. You'll work closely with the Founders, Creative Director, and Content Creator to help grow the brand--staying true to our brand voice while driving impact.

We need someone who's not afraid to bring bold ideas to the table, test them, and learn fast. You should be comfortable taking initiative, challenging the status quo, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. This role is perfect for someone who blends creativity with data, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute Hiut's email marketing calendar--from planning and copywriting to building, testing, and reporting. Manage and analyse CRM data to segment audiences, personalise campaigns, and improve retention. Write engaging, on-brand copy for web, email, and social platforms. Contribute to campaign strategy and creative development alongside the Creative Director and Founders. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation. Contribute ideas to the brand's Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest by supporting content planning, researching trends, and engaging with the community. Support the development of new automation flows, A/B tests, and customer journeys. Manage product and collection creation on the website using Shopify, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Post and update blog content, homepage banners, and support on-site SEO updates to improve discoverability and performance. Maintain brand consistency across all touch points. Occasionally provide production support for photo and film shoots.

What We're Looking For

2+ years experience in e-commerce marketing or a related role Proficiency in email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM tools. Strong writing and editing skills--able to tell a story and sell a product in equal measure. Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of campaign metrics and customer segmentation. Detail-oriented, highly organised, and a self-starter. Bonus if you have experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, or social ad platforms. A passion for selling, storytelling, and doing one thing well.

Pay: 24,500.00-30,000.00 per year
