Role Overview
This role is ideal for a Computer Science graduate or someone with a similar technical background seeking to grow in a fast-paced, family-owned business. Reporting to the Marketplace Integrations Supervisor, you'll join the eCommerce team at Pertemba, a company specializing in simplifying international selling for over 300 brands across major global eCommerce platforms.
Contribute to the company's eCommerce roadmap and assist in expanding its marketplace offerings.
Perform technical configurations across multiple systems and platforms, leveraging your technical skills or qualifications (with full training provided).
Collaborate closely with the Marketplace Integrations Supervisor to support the company's ambitious growth goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Spearhead the integration and implementation of new marketplace platforms within the business.
Oversee the onboarding and successful launch of new brand partners across an expanding portfolio of platforms, leveraging both in-house and third-party software.
Maximise marketplace listings and optimise product feeds to ensure a rich and engaging customer experience.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with external systems, collaborating effectively with internal and external teams to deliver solutions.
Analyse performance data and insights to enhance marketplace operations, boost visibility, and drive sales growth.
Skills and Experience Required:
A 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
Familiarity with online technical integrations and data mapping processes.
Previous experience in eCommerce and/or marketplaces is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of platforms such as Rithum, Mirakl, Amazon, or similar would be advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop timely, practical solutions.
Proficient in analysing and manipulating data to identify trends and patterns.
Advanced IT skills, including expertise in Excel.
Self-motivated, confident, and open to taking on personal challenges.
Collaborative team player who actively engages others and fosters a supportive working environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
