is responsible for driving the full commercial performance of Nyxi's Amazon marketplaces across the UK and expansion regions.

You will with Creative Designer, PR, Sourcing, and Production teams to deliver high-velocity launches, smooth scaling, and continuous optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Growth & Ranking Strategy
Own keyword research and keyword strategy across all marketplaces
Build and execute
rank-acceleration plans
for all new products
Monitor ranking, BSR, and visibility daily
Implement the pricing ladder and margin optimisation plan
2. PPC Management
Create, manage, and scale profitable Amazon PPC structures (SP, SB, SD)
Build ranking campaigns for launch
Run competitor targeting, category targeting, and seasonal opportunity campaigns
Daily bid optimisation during hypergrowth phase
3. Listing Architecture & Optimisation
Create high-conversion titles, bullet points, and descriptions
Ensure listings frameworks:
Bullet structure
A+ Content formatting
Image stack positions
Brand story modules
Maintain backend keywords, search terms, Q&A, and compliance sections
Audit listings weekly and improve based on data
4. Conversion Rate Optimisation
Interpret performance data and identify barriers to conversion
Work with Creative Manager to:
Improve hero images
Refresh A+ content
Add PR badges
Insert review quotes and credibility signals
Coordinate with PR Manager to integrate awards, Top 10 lists, and external proof
5. Review Velocity & Quality Control Feedback
Manage Vine, customer follow-ups, and organic review velocity
Identify patterns in negative reviews and translate them into:
product improvements (Sourcing Manager)
creative/educational needs (Creative Manager)
insert updates (Production Coordinator)
Weekly business reviews
Profitability reporting (blended ACoS, TACoS, session value)
Keyword movement reports
Competitor monitoring reports
Identify new opportunities (gaps, pricing changes, trends, reviews)
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years Amazon Seller Central experience
Strong PPC and ranking experience
Excellent understanding of A9/A10 algorithm behaviour
Fluent in data analytics and decision-making
Experience managing product launches on Amazon
Ability to brief and collaborate with content & creative teams
Understanding of compliance, listing limitations, and troubleshooting
Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
