We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to manage the running of the brand's marketplace partners. The role will include covering product launches, advertising, creative campaigns, and reporting. It sits within the Direct to Customer (DTC) team however, it essentially powers a competitor(s) platform therefore the candidate will need to be an expert in collaboration, communication, and creativity. You will build strong internal relationships across DTC, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Establish robust weekly and monthly reports with an eye on constant improvement regarding acquisition and conversion goals within each marketplace. Responsible for managing 3rd party partners and, when required, transition external responsibilities in-house. Manage marketplace Customer Experience (CX) and propose analytically supported recommendations for improving User Experience (UX) with the end goal of increasing conversion. Manage day-to-day optimization of advertising spend within the platform(s) to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and, specifically, sales growth. Possess a current and thorough understanding of all brand metrics and KPIs; report on these from the Point of View (POV) of marketplace partners, in partnership with the Sales team. Coordinate execution on marketplaces in coherence with Marketing Calendar activities (i.e., new product releases, promotions, new functionality) and run bespoke marketing calendars per partner to ensure we maximize opportunities on their platforms/key dates i.e., 11.11, Prime Day. Build strong external relationships with individuals/teams at each marketplace to ensure the brand is first in line for marketing opportunities and features. Ensure marketplaces are considered within the rollout of any new launches, promotions, or long-term loyalty opportunities. Apply learnings from marketplaces to other partner websites, our own brand website, and our overall customer experience. Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements



Education & Experience:



Educated to a degree level or above is required as are Project Management Qualifications (or similar). 2+ years' experience in marketplace management with at least the Amazon Marketplace and/or TMG is required with additional platforms considered highly preferred.

You are technical and highly organized, have a proven ability to multi-task, a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You are data-driven and analytical as well as understand the nuances of country/region specific requirements to deliver effective digital strategies. You constantly research the evolution of existing marketplaces and are well versed in the forefront of what is being developed globally. You possess a deeply collaborative style and are solution oriented. You are creative, insight-seeking, and not afraid to innovate. * You have experience managing 3rd party vendors.
