The Role

Are you a data-driven marketer with experience of Amazon strategy and marketplace optimisation? We are a fast expanding UK Women's footwear brand, and we are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to take the lead on our Amazon channel and assist in the build of this and future marketplaces.

Reporting into the wider digital team, you'll assist in the launch of the brands Amazon presence and then take ownership - optimising listings, implementing promotions, managing ad campaigns, and driving visibility and conversion. You'll also support the retail team where needed and collaborate with marketing and ecommerce on campaign execution.

This job is permanent and full time, however if you are a freelance expert and would like to apply we are more than happy to discuss a freelance way of working and can be flexible for the right candidate.

Skills and Experience

You will have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar Amazon role , ideally within a fast-paced, consumer-facing brand. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads, and you're comfortable running optimised listings and performance campaigns end-to-end. Strong analytical skills, able to interpret sales and traffic data, spot trends, and confidently report on performance with actionable insight. An understanding of SEO principles for Amazon and experience enhancing search visibility and conversion through copy, keywords, and enriched content. The ability to manage multiple priorities across platforms, including Amazon and other marketplaces Excellent research and communication skills, and a highly organised approach to managing product updates, promotions, and advertising schedules.
