We're excited to be recruiting a Marshall at Gravity Castleford Max!



The role of a Team Member



FUN is what our brand is based on! Fun for our customers and a fun working environment for our team. The main role of a Marshall is to create an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, so we're looking for a friendly, approachable team player who enjoys making people smile.



Creating a fun environment also means looking after the space in which you work, so attention to detail to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met is also a key part of the role, but don't worry we provide full training on Gravity's ways of working and health and safety standards. If you can see yourself as our next Race Director on e-karts, greeting guests at check in, or serving behind the bar we'd love to hear from you.
