Working alongside chiropractors and clinic assistants, you will provide professional massage therapy services that support patient care goals and uphold our clinic's high standards.

Whether you're a seasoned professional or a confident new graduate, if you're committed to delivering hands-on, patient-centred care, we'd love to hear from you. We're seeking someone who values quality, takes ownership of their schedule, inspires trust, and maintains a full and active appointment diary, with a strong commitment to community health.

Why Join Us?

Join a supportive team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and a healthy dose of laughter. Work in a modern, high-standard clinical setting alongside experienced chiropractors, massage therapists, and clinic assistants. Benefit from a balance of co-managed and independent patient care, with the opportunity to apply a range of therapeutic styles - including deep tissue, sports, Swedish, and pregnancy massage. Access mentoring, in-house CPD, and regular, constructive feedback to support your professional growth and development.

What You'll Do

Patient Care and Clinical Delivery

Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual patient needs and in line with the clinic's therapeutic approaches. Maintain clear professional boundaries and ensure patient consent, confidentiality, and comfort at all times. Engage in case management, including collaborative discussions, with chiropractors and clinic staff regarding patient care planning and referrals. Refer patients to chiropractors or other in-house practitioners where clinically appropriate.

Treatment Room Management

Prepare and maintain massage rooms to high standards, including cleanliness, hygiene, towel turnover, and product availability. Ensure proper use of lotions, equipment, and heating, and promptly report any issues requiring maintenance.

Administration and Note Keeping

Accurately document patient treatment notes using the clinic's designated systems. Adhere to GDPR compliance and clinic protocols in the handling of patient records and data. Participate in feedback meetings and practical reviews throughout your probation and employment.

Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings and contribute actively, respectfully and supportively. Follow our values and behaviours that promote these. Foster a positive, inclusive, and non-judgemental environment for patients and colleagues. Be open and receptive to supportive 1:1 meetings and conversations, feedback and continuous professional development. Comply with all clinic policies, procedures, and systems, including those relating to safeguarding, GDPR, health and safety, and infection control.

Housekeeping and Shared Duties

Take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and order of your treatment area. Contribute to shared staff duties including use of washing machine/dryer and replenishment of supplies. Participate in general housekeeping protocols as required by the clinic.

Systems and Technology
